INFORMATION ABOUT FACULTIES
As far as the teaching sector of this college is concerned, it is composed of a good number of bright, outstanding, energetic & dynamic teachers from various disciplines holding degree from varied universities and colleges of India. They are imparting qualitative training to the Teacher Trainees in various ways and actualizing the changing and challenging aims of teacher education as desired / demanded by the current society. In addition to the existing member of faculties, the Management Committee of the college has recently recruited other five (05) numbers of teachers as per the recommendation of the Constituted Selection Board to facilitate the programme. Besides, the college invites time-to-time resource persons of various disciplines from nearby institutions like NERIST, DIET, DNGC and RGU as guest faculties to provide wide exposure and better interactions to the Teacher-Trainees and Teacher-Educators. Teacher-Educators are working here in a mission mode to bridge the gap between the learning and the working environment and to accelerate excellence in teaching learning situations. Focus in this college is mainly given on Action Researches, Work Experiences, Skill Development Programmes, Stress Management (Yoga), Life-skill Managements and Development of Teaching Learning Materials of indigenous nature. However, attempts are being made to introduce ICT based training from the coming academic session(s).
